convenient location clean room helpful staff
the location was very convenient. i walked easily to the main train station, and i had no trouble reaching marienplatz. my room was nice and neat. the staff helped me quickly when i needed something.
the bathroom was a bit small though it had everything i needed.

friendly staff train station comfy bed
i found the staff quite friendly and helpful with directions i appreciated their kindness the hotel was near the main train station making travel easy the location felt quite central for exploring i walked to nearby attractions with ease the bed in my room was wonderfully comfy it helped me rest well each night. my room was impeccably clean which i value i found a sense of peace in the tidy space. breakfast each morning was good with delicious bread and a lovely breakfast area.
the street outside felt a bit unsafe at night i noticed some concerning activity. the area near the hotel felt unsettling after dark it made me a little uneasy. i wish the hotel could improve this .

smooth check-in helpful staff unsafe neighborhood simple breakfast
check-in was super smooth, and our rooms were actually ready early (yay!). the staff gave amazing directions and recommendations for places to visit.
the neighborhood around the hotel felt a bit unsafe at night. i also found the breakfast a bit too simple for my liking (i wanted more options!).
